ICS will allow attendees to post its training materials as required by OCR in §106.45(b)(10)(i)(D) of the 2020 Title IX Regulations. Once registered for a virtual event, ICS will send additional instructions regarding this process.

Prerequisite: ICS Level 1 Investigator Training and/or more than one year’s experience as a Title IX Investigator

Report writing can be challenging, even for the most seasoned Title IX Investigators. Join Courtney and Betsy for this interactive virtual training focused on honing report writing skills for investigations under the new regulations. Attendees will participate in a 4 hour live session with an emphasis on evaluating information, sharing the evidence directly related to the allegations, fairly summarizing relevant evidence, and completing investigative reports in a timely and equitable manner. Attendees will receive compliance aids, resources, and templates to assist in their critical role. Attendees will receive training that complies with the 2020 Title IX regulations, addresses best practices based on current litigation trends and OCR guidance, and if applicable, covers the latest on any new Title IX regulations released in 2023.

Registrants must be present for at least 80% of the duration of the training to receive a certificate of completion.
