ICS will allow attendees to post its training materials as required by OCR in §106.45(b)(10)(i)(D) of the 2020 Title IX Regulations. Once registered for a virtual event, ICS will send additional instructions regarding this process.

The importance of the care and support that is provided to a Complainant and Respondent during and after the Title IX process cannot be overstated. Creating a team (or even just an individual) to respond to the needs of the parties, help the parties navigate the process, and implement supportive measures can lighten the load of a Title IX Coordinator and/or investigator while lifting a significant weight from the shoulders of the parties. This training is appropriate for Title IX Coordinators, Care and Support Professionals, Case Managers, Equity Specialists and anyone with a role in the intake of Title IX reports and/or the implementation of supportive measures. Participants will learn best practices for administering care, support, referrals and connection for students and employees who are parties in the Title IX Process.

Registrants must be present for at least 80% of the duration of the training to receive a certificate of completion.
