ICS will allow attendees to post its training materials as required by OCR in §106.45(b)(10)(i)(D) of the new Title IX Regulations. Once registered for a virtual event, ICS will send additional instructions regarding this process.
ICS is thrilled to offer a K-12 Virtual Certified Title IX Investigator Training. This training will NOT be a webinar, but instead a “live” and interactive experience. This intensive training is appropriate for K-12 Title IX Coordinators, School Administrators, and others responsible for conducting investigations into student and/or employee misconduct. The instructive sessions will include detailed information regarding the evolution of Title IX, investigative best practices, challenges faced by investigators, report writing, and litigation trends resulting from investigations. Attendees will receive compliance aids and resources to assist in their role. Participants will also work through hypothetical situations with their peers to put the education into practice. Attendees will receive training that complies with the new Title IX regulations, addresses best practices based on current litigation trends and court decisions, and covers any other necessary material based on any new OCR guidance or actions under the Biden administration.
Registrants must be present for at least 80% of the duration of the training to receive a certificate of completion.
Please fill out the form to register for the training.
