K-12 Community Partners
At ICS, we are committed to propelling Title IX and equity compliance initiatives at schools and school districts. Our Community Partners are a select group of devoted Title IX professionals who have unique access to ICS’s expertise in Title IX for K-12 schools and are able to use this access to meet or exceed mandated Title IX requirements in their school or district.

FAQs
What is the Duration of Community Partner Access?
Community Partner membership is based on a rolling-year calendar. A Community Partner membership expires the first of the month one year following the completion of the Community Partner account set up and processing by ICS.
When Does Community Partner Access Become Active?
Community Partner services become active upon issuance of an invoice and completion of internal processing.
What are the Rules for Community Partners?
By applying to become an ICS Community Partner, you assent to a limitation of damages in the event your Community Partner registration form is not accepted or is terminated, in an amount not to exceed the paid value of your registration, pro-rated from the date of termination.
Members who engage in fraud or misrepresentation are subject to having their Community Partner benefits voided. Pro rata refunds will be provided.
Is Membership as an ICS Community Partner the Same as Legal Advice?
ICS Community Partner materials and services do not constitute legal advice and are not a substitute for legal advice.
Is Community Partner Membership Transferable?
A Community Partner membership is transferable, but not refundable. A Community Partner membership is owned by the school district that pays for it. Therefore, if Community Partner membership is purchased by an school district it remains with the paying school district. Please contact us to notify us of any change in the primary contact.
