ICS’ Title IX Policy Blueprint provides a structured and adaptable model policy for institutions to create, revise, and enhance their Title IX practices.
What’s Included:
- Title IX – Sexual Harassment: This policy/process is used for evaluating, investigating, and resolving reports that fall under the 2020 (Current) Title IX Regulations that cover Sexual Harassment occurring in your institution’s education, program or activity.
- Title IX – Other than Sexual Harassment: This policy/process is used for evaluating, investigating, and resolving reports of Title IX equity concerns in athletics, programming, or activities.
- Sexual Harassment – Outside of Title IX: This policy/process is used for evaluating, investigating, and resolving reports of Sexual Harassment that do not meet the strict requirements of Title IX and/or occur outside of your institutions education program or activity but still have required response expectations under VAWA and the Campus Save Act.
