This webinar will discuss Title IX appeals. Courtney will cover OCR guidance regarding appeals as well as recent case law. She will also discuss best practices when structuring your appeals process, training for your appellate board or administrator, policy considerations, what should and should not be considered on appeal, and more. This webinar is appropriate for Title IX Coordinators, Title IX Team members and investigators and those that consider appeals under their campus Title IX policy.

This webinar is ideal for Title IX Coordinators new to the role but appropriate even for the most seasoned Coordinator.

On-Line Title IX Coordinator Bootcamp

December 4, 11 and 18, 2019

This is the first ever on-line Title IX Bootcamp offered by ICS. In three interactive 1 hour and fifteen minute sessions, Courtney will work with on-line participants from the ground up in evaluating your campus compliance efforts, identifying areas of strength and challenges for your campus, working through hypotheticals and doing a deep dive into your campus policy and process. Participants will receive an on-line manual and materials. Cost is $199 for ICS members, $699 for non-members.
**Early bird special if registered by November 1 is $599. Participants will be invoiced via email.
