On January 9, 2025, a ruling from the Eastern District of Kentucky vacated the 2024 Title IX Regulations in their entirety. Per the Department of Education: “Consistent with the court’s order, the 2024 Title IX regulations and these resources are not effective in any jurisdiction.”
