Artificial intelligence is rapidly changing the landscape of student and employee misconduct, introducing new forms of harm that schools are not always prepared to address. From AI-generated “deepfake” sexual images to digitally altered content used for harassment or retaliation, these issues are already surfacing in both K-12 and higher education settings.
While the technology may be new, the impact is not. Schools are increasingly being asked to determine whether, and how, these incidents fall within Title IX and other civil rights frameworks, often with little guidance and significant legal and reputational risk.
This live, interactive training is designed to help schools navigate these emerging challenges with confidence. Participants will gain practical strategies for responding to complaints involving AI-generated or manipulated content, from initial intake through investigation, findings, and resolution.

Note: This course assumes a foundational understanding of Title IX and focuses specifically on the practical challenges of responding to AI-related allegations.
