The New Regs are Here… Now What?

On April 19, the Department of Education released the new 2024 Title IX regulations. August 1 is the implementation deadline for institutions. The 2024 regulations amend the 2020 regulations, and will require an overhaul of your Title IX policies, procedures, infrastructure, and approach starting in the fall. We have waited over two years for these new regulations… so now what?

First things first for our Title IX Coordinators: take a breath! The initial release of the regulations can feel overwhelming and stressful. Getting up-to-speed and reaching the finish line to implementation will take time. So take a moment to just breathe and know that ICS is ready to support you.

ICS has a three-step process that everyone can follow to get on the path to compliance.
