K-12 Title IX Investigator Training is an immersive, practical program designed for K-12 school personnel, Title IX Coordinators, and administrators responsible for conducting Title IX investigations. This live, interactive training equips participants with the essential skills to carry out thorough, impartial, and compliant investigations into both student and employee misconduct.

The course covers the foundational principles of Title IX, required step-by-step investigative procedures, and common challenges investigators may encounter. Participants will learn effective techniques for interviewing, evidence gathering, and writing clear, unbiased investigation reports.

Attendees will engage in active learning and real-world scenarios that reinforce key concepts, while also receiving valuable compliance resources and tools to support their role as Title IX investigators.

Training includes a certificate and posting link in compliance with the Title IX regulations.

Registrants must be present for at least 80% of the duration of the training to receive a certificate of completion.
