K-12 2020 Title IX Refresher Training (Sexual Harassment) is designed for Title IX team members—including Coordinators, Investigators, Decision-Makers, and Informal Resolution Facilitators—who have previously completed foundational Title IX training. This concise, interactive session provides an essential update and reinforcement of the key requirements under the 2020 Title IX regulations.
Participants will review core responsibilities, procedural requirements, and compliance standards, with a focus on maintaining impartiality, conducting fair investigations, and implementing supportive measures. The training will also revisit key concepts such as the formal complaint process, relevancy assessments, and roles of parties and advisors.
Through real-life scenarios, compliance updates, and practical application exercises, attendees will refresh their understanding of Title IX duties while examining recent OCR guidance, litigation trends, and common pitfalls. This training ensures continued compliance and confidence in fulfilling Title IX responsibilities throughout the school year.
Training includes a certificate and posting link in compliance with the Title IX regulations.
Registrants must be present for at least 80% of the duration of the training to receive a certificate of completion.
