Make critical information visible and easily accessible, keeping the Coordinator’s contact details, reporting options, and grievance procedures no more than one click away from your main site. Finally, audit your materials regularly. As AI tools and algorithms evolve, periodic checks will help ensure your policies remain accurate, accessible, and compliant, providing your community with reliable guidance when they need it most.
